Tele-Client On Hold Marketing Systems Sales Terms and Guarantee

Guarantee: We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the value and quality of the on hold products and services from Tele-Client.  To ensure that, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, or your money back. We believe there are no other marketing or advertising systems and services that offer such a guarantee.  For a single location business, after receipt or Tele-Client’s installation of your on hold system,  if you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days, we’ll refund your purchase price.  Of course, copying our audio production for continued use in any manner is prohibited and violates our copyright.  Equipment must be returned in original box, packaging and include all accessories. Returns with missing parts etc.. will be subject to replacement costs and  a 15% restocking fee.  Guarantee applies to a single location only.  Special and bulk equipment orders not included.   

Production turn time: Tele-Client will strive to meet your deadline. Once we have final copy approval from you, our goal is to produce your program within 24 hours not including weekends and holidays.  This is subject to availability of voice talent.

Subscription plans: Tele-Client offers a discounted update service for those clients wishing to keep their messages fresh and relevant throughout the year, starting at just $35 per month.  Clients with multiple locations may also participate.  Tele-Client also extends the client’s equipment warranty beyond the manufacturer’s as long as they remain a subscriber (see warranties).  Our update service is very affordable and you can start and stop at any time.  No contract! 

Message updates and copy changes: We will work with you to make updating as affordable and as easy as possible. Small basic edits or a change of music bed may be possible and will be billed at our minimum hourly production rate. However, due to voice cadence, timing and inflection a simple edit may not be possible to maintain our quality standards. If voice talent is needed to re-cut any part of the element, that will be considered a new element and will be charged as such. An exact quote will be made available.  Message uploads and message management subject to additional fee. 

Program use: Our production work and elements incorporated within are protected by US copyright law. You may make one copy for back-up and archival purposes.  Our productions are licensed for use in a single location on a single phone system.  Additional licenses are required to play our work in multiple locations, or stream to remote locations via networks.  You may not use any part of our work without our written consent and licensure.  Additional licenses are very reasonably priced and sold on a discount schedule based upon the number of locations you have.

Terms/Payment: We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.  All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping or at time of installation.  Clients with approved billing will be billed at due upon receipt terms.  

Warranties: Equipment sold is warranted by the manufacturer for the term listed in the documentation.  Typically 3-5 years. In the event of a malfunction, please contact us and we will work with you to troubleshoot.  All warranty claims will be made through the manufacturer and subject to their procedures.  Clients with current Tele-Client subscription services will have their equipment warranted by us based on the same terms as the manufacturer for as long as their account is in good standing.  Tele-Client will repair or replace at its option, client’s  equipment with similar like and kind less shipping costs.  We are not responsible for any business or profit loss.  Equipment physically damaged (flood, fire, electrical surge, etc…) is not covered by this warranty.
